Summary

expose a global BugSplat.Instance
assign the instance when creating a BugSplat
expose the instance from BugSplatManager
update sample scripts and docs to use the new global access
add tests for the new global instance
add BugSplat Tools menu with options editor
initialize the global instance from Resources at startup

Testing

npm test (fails: Missing script)


          Add Tools menu for options and auto initialization
