This PR adds a share component under the tax visualizer, this makes it easy to start conversations social media around specific tax items. As well as spread awareness about good causes that Canadians are contributing towards.
WIP as I need to discuss with the team which items we'd like to have hard coded or (even better) how we would like to dynamically pull potentially contentious items from the spending database.
