- add release notes header with Discord-style links - use PR body or GitHub auto-notes as release content - block release when .github/workflows/** changes - restrict push trigger to ESP32C5/main/main.c and FLIPPER/**
- drop the gitlink and submodule metadata - stop checkout failures caused by missing .gitmodules
