Task GEESE update

Update for GEESE task.

• Now the model generated step 1 explanations derive from both "meta-llama/Llama-3.1-8B-Instruct" and "swap-uniba/LLaMAntino-3-ANITA-8B-Inst-DPO-ITA" models.
• The step 2 model predictions leverage the step 1 explanations accessing them directly via a Huggingface dataset.
• Added instruction prompt.
• Links in README updated, abstract updated.
