Also, this should be compatible with the version of VTK that comes with Ubuntu 14.04 (5.x if I'm not wrong), but I have no way of testing this! |

Made the necessary changes to compile with VTK 6.1.0, I'm not sure the code is correct...
If you find these changes useful, please check the code for correctness, its only a few lines...
