removed the version and the link, as this won't be 3.1.3, i'm not positive what it will be. it's a pre-released version that's before 3.1.3, but "part of" 3.1.3
temporary varient of the about file version
truly make this 1.3.1
this was somewhat for the more finallized adding. So, this is transfering that to get whatever changes are there into here
This integrates in the mergeing of 3.1.3, removeing a bunch of redundant branches
This fixes a minor error contained within the changelog
This reverts commit 86bc173.
There was a weird issue involving Kure's classes. This hopefully fixed it, at least for version 1.6
