Minor changes to error methods to address an issue caused by new methods for calculating Poisson noise. In addition, MOSFIRE files were not being parsed correctly and astrometry was failing a large fraction of the time. These changes add additional astrometry.net iterations, fixes to
create_error, and a new unit test for errors.
