• ability to pass a csv output path. default behavior stays consistent (i.e., make_csv=True saves to a file in the working directory)
• make module callable (init.py)
• add environment.yml
• add simple example to samples folder
• add method to query timeseries other than streamflow. Suggest retiring original function in place of the new flexible one.
