Individual file view from histogram file manager

Hi,

I have made a simple file content viewer, where a user can just click on the file ID and see which histograms are in there.

Some features that need working are

• Pagination of histograms. Some files may contain 100s of 2D histograms, and it takes time rendering all of them on client side.
• Wiring the links in histogram file manager is a bit hack. I can't seem to integrate Django URL scheme into Vue.js app.
