[WIP] changes necessary for the CreateMapping repo

• adding a couple of useful functions:
  • one for determining, adding and checking the path to Reference Machine Parameters repo
  • one for decoding and checking machine configuration
• MatLabTools repo now uses info contained in MachineRef repo;
• added a script to quickly display LGEN values and one which shows basic beam properties changing with range;
• it is possible to show not only proton and carbon data, but also He;
• when creating files with currents for scans in QA, a single point in current (of the actual scan) can be repeated n times;

TO DO

• remove ConvertCyCodes.m in favour of MapCyCodes.m -- to do so, please implement debugging stuff, afterwards, mv MapCyCodes.m ConvertCyCodes.m
