profiles/nvidia: Remove kms hook from mkinitcpio.conf on desktops#215

On desktop systems (non-portable chassis types 8-11), the kms hook in mkinitcpio.conf conflicts with the NVIDIA driver. Remove it during pre_install (with a backup) and restore it during post_remove. Applies to both nvidia-dkms and nvidia-dkms-580xx profiles. Signed-off-by: Peter Jung <admin@ptr1337.dev>
