The docs are just fully wrong about systemd-boot not being able to use non-FAT partitions.

The docs are just fully wrong about systemd-boot not being able to use non-FAT partitions, has been documented on the Arch wiki and can personally attest to it working on CachyOS too just fine. TLDR; FAT
esp, copyefifsUEFI drivers to it for anXBOOTLDRmarked/bootpartition on the same disk.
