This release mainly contains our new version "system".

SnipSniper now contains the version & build number as usual, the built date plus a "type", which can be either "dev", "release" or "beta".

This is a release, betas are marked with the -beta at the end of the version here and dev releases can be gotten under "Actions" on our GitHub page.

This build is no longer marked as Beta, as we are not aware of any major issues on Windows. The Linux compatibility is still in development.
