Fixes chart rendering bugs and refactors state management to use Zustand.
This PR addresses critical bugs in
BarChart(NaN range),LineChart(losing zero values), andBoxPlot(undefined tooltips) to ensure accurate data visualization. Additionally, it refactors the application's state management to use Zustand, centralizingrawDataand chart-specific states. This reduces memory footprint, simplifies state updates, and prepares the codebase for future features like persistence and easier resets.
