- Upgraded @typescript-eslint/eslint-plugin and @typescript-eslint/parser to version 8.0.0
- Updated eslint to version 9.0.0
- Upgraded eslint-plugin-react-hooks to version 5.0.0 and eslint-plugin-react-refresh to version 0.4.26
- Added @eslint/eslintrc and @eslint/js as new dependencies
- Modified lint script to target TypeScript files more effectively
