Experience: Admin

The admin user when logging in in should see the same things a regular user sees. Just the profile page about the admin. But on the nav bar should show an additional option to go to the admin console. Going to that should show an admin table where it lists all users and their roles where new users can be created and existing users changed, roles modified, or straight up deleted as well. The rest should be the same as a regular user but since he is not following anyone. Thus no reviews are shown. Admin user when looking at reviews can star and unstar reviews just like curators do. So in addition to all the things charlie, a curator, can do, admin user can access the admin table and create or alter users.
