- Adds a mempool structure - Adds an 'addTransaction' function and a script to add a transaction to the mempool - Calculates the sum of all transaction fees and adds it to the block reward

In order to be able to import
client/index.scssinclient/index.jsthescripttag insideclient/index.htmlneeds to includetype="module". I also added some entries to.gitignoreand addedparceltopackage.json.
