F&W458 Class #FW458
- Uploaded the final project finals in the Final_Project folder. THere are a lot of miscellanous files when I was aggregating data, so apologies for the confusing files. However, generally this is the structure:
- Data_Acquisition folder: Has the three reelvant files I used to get the data from the three data sources
- Data_exploration folder: Has the figures and files used to generate exploration figures, like how fire burn area varied across months and the distribution of variables.
- Machine_learning folder: Has the tuning (hyperparameter optimization) file and the evaluation file.
- Data: Has miscellanous data items like California shape and size.
I have ommitted the dataset files since they were too large, but running the data_acquistion files should regenerate them.
I used Claude Sonnet to aid in writing all of these scripts.
