chore: refresh uv.lock

uv.lock was stale after the project version bumped from 1.0.0 → 1.0.1 in pyproject.toml, causing uv sync --locked to fail:

The lockfile at `uv.lock` needs to be updated, but `--locked` was provided. To update the lockfile, run `uv lock`.

Changes

• uv.lock — re-resolved via uv lock; only change is the devto-mirror self-reference updating from v1.0.0 to v1.0.1; all 61 transitive dependencies unchanged
