- Improve technical writing for reinitialization strategies. - Remove unwanted parameter - Update test case to ensure a warning is thrown when nearby search parameters are provided without the POLYNOMIAL_NEARBY strategy.
CI[B]C lost _target_vars in split constructors. With --n-threads > 1, Threads::parallel_reduce creates split worker objects; those workers then run without variable filtering and can apply ICs to unintended variables (like: a ReinitStrategy::NONE variable). This patch copies _target_vars in split constructors so worker threads keep the same target-variable scope as the parent thread.
