Hello!
This PR creates the initial UI for the Dynamic Programming Visualizer, as discussed in Issue #45.
Builds the basic UI layout with a light theme to match the rest of the site.
Includes a dropdown for problem selection, placeholder input fields, control buttons, and a display area.
The UI is now ready for the visualization logic to be added in a future task.
Here is a screenshot of the new UI:
