I don't really have time to review this RN. I can unblock this if you think we need it now. Otherwise, we may want to postpone it after the Odoo 17 migration and then review it together, wdyt?

In conjunction with https://github.com/Clan-ArgA/soldier_equipment_parser, the aim is to manage the equipment administration of each role, from the panel.
An authorized user will be able to analyze the exports of the ACE arsenal in the panel, to define the basis of the uniform and the different roles created in the panel. Through communication between the DBs, the basic-template will read the respective roles and assign them dynamically. This will prevent the roles from being hacked into the code.
