The aim of this PR is to provide tutorials to developers who want to modify one of ClearMap's processing pipelines, such as as ClearMap or TubeMap.
The tutorials (notebooks + modules) should simplify the development of alternative strategies, while staying in ClearMap's framework. It should provide examples at different levels.
Roadmap:
