[DRAFT] Documentation for client v2 how to read/write

Summary

This change is to add more detailed tutorials for different usecase:

• writing stream of data
• writing POJOs and when it make sense
• reading text formats like JSONEachRow, CSV
• reading data with RowBinary reader for streaming usecases
• reading data in whole for small requests.
