Functions: start generating random functions

Summary

This PR adds support for generating documentation for random number functions from ClickHouse system tables. The changes introduce "RandomNumber" as a new function category to the autogeneration script.

Key changes:

• Added "RandomNumber" to the list of function categories for processing
• Created mapping for random number function files in both source and destination arrays
