Feat(Nallo) Add Sambamba bed files

Description

This PR adds the sambamba files to the deliverables. In preparation for using chanjo38 with Nallo.

Note to reviewer: to be tested in conjunction with the corresponding cg PR.

• ssh to Hasta
• Test your branch with

hermes-test-deploy nallo-chanjo1
hermes-test cg workflow nallo store-housekeeper distinctgannet

How to test

• login to hasta
• do us, pull the corresponding cg branch
• do hermes test deploy
• do cg workflow nallo store CASE

Expected test result

• check that the command completes without error
• check that the sambamba file is in the hk bundle
• Take a screenshot and attach or copy/paste the output.
