Remove swedac logo from alignment page, clarify scope of accreditation

Description

Alignment page updates:

• Removed the conditional display of the Swedac logo from the alignment_page.html template, simplifying the page layout.

Documentation and language improvements:

• Updated the text in typing_page.html to clarify that Clinical Genomics is accredited for typing and resistance determination for certain organisms, improving the accuracy of the documentation.
