Major:

• Simulator now (optionally) takes lower and upper bounds of hospital-beds for each country, as well as a lethality factor
• If the lower bound is exceeded, the lethality grows linear until the upper bound is reached
• Notebook updated to be a showcase

Minor:

• A list of names for each column can be given to have nicer plots
• General improvement of plots (especially sizing)
• Lots of text for Documentation

Infection rate stays the same, only the number of deaths to recoveries changes
