This PR adds support for Shields.IO integration:
When it is merged it will be possible to use badges in project README files and other places.
The logo image was taken from CloudNativeJS/cloudnativejs.io (Apache License 2.0, the same as this repo) but can be easily changed if needed.
It includes tests and documentation.
