The project's repo shall be organized into 5 sections

1. Plan--planning documents for the study;
2. Code--source code used in performing the study;
3. Data--The final dataset used in the study, and links to the raw/interim datasets;
4. Temp--Temporary documents used in the study;
5. Paper--Preprint of the paper.
