Hey folks,

I deliberated a while yesterday and today; feel that 10-day is perhaps a good interval for us to observe a developers' PR events.
For a couple of reasons:
(1) a PR might take a few days to be reviewed;
(2) since we decided on 2-month (60 days) or 3-month (90 days) observation window, a 10-day interval allows us finish 6 or 9 observations without leaving a few days out;

I think we may set the time as Greenwich time, so the first observation shall happen on 6/11 8:00 AM Beijing time. So the schedule will be:
1st: 6/11 8:00 AM Beijing time
2nd: 6/21 8:00 AM Beijing time
3rd: 7/01 8:00 AM Beijing time
4th: 7/11 8:00 AM Beijing time
5th: 7/21 8:00 AM Beijing time
6th: 7/31 8:00 AM Beijing time
7th: 8/11 8:00 AM Beijing time (If Necessary)
8th: 8/21 8:00 AM Beijing time (If Necessary)
9th: 8/31 8:00 AM Beijing time (If Necessary)

No matter doing 6 or 9 observations, we could have time to hammer out a decent paper for:
ICSE 2023 (Melbourne, due 09/01, less likely): https://conf.researchr.org/home/icse-2023
or:
CHI 2023 (Hamburg: due 09/15): https://chi2023.acm.org/
or:
CSCW 2023 (Minneapolis: due 11/15): https://cscw.acm.org/2023/
