1. Runs on Ruby on Rails
2. Uses MySQL
3. Simply clone the repo, run bundle install, rake db:setup
4. Set the following environment variables:
  - GOOGLE_KEY
  - GOOGLE_SECRET
  - S3_KEY
  - S3_SECRET
  - S3_REGION
  - S3_BUCKET_NAME
5. Install ElasticSearch locally, and start it
6. Boot the Server
