This brings these parts up to date by:

• Correcting typos
• Rebalancing costs, masses, temperatures, and drag to stock values
• Matching tech nodes of tanks with similar volumes
• Adding Optional Configs for fsFuelSwitch, ModularFuelTanks, and RealFuels
