The kinshipsim library has been implemented to infer the genetic relationships between
pairs of individuals. It enables the simulation of multiple pedigrees, using both autosomal
and X chromosomal data, and provides additional pre-processing options, e.g., SNPs reduction,
pseudo-haploidization.
