This closes #15 also I'm still a bit hesitant as this affects includes. I personally like
#include "libLiFFT/foo"better, but the other is shorter (programmers are lazy people...)Also: namespace is still
LiFFTbut folder name isliFFT. Not sure what is better ;)Any comments? @bussmann @ax3l
