Add Portuguese (pt-BR) i18n support

Add full Portuguese translations and register pt-BR locale. Adds locales/pt-BR/translation.json, imports and registers pt-BR in lib/i18n.js (supportedLngs updated), and adds the option to the LanguageSwitcher. Also adds a 'portugues' label to the English translations and updates README/ARCHITECTURE to list Portuguese (fixes zh-CN entry formatting in ARCHITECTURE).
