This pull request fixes a bug in
DockPane.deferUntilInScene(): when replacing a layout (using "Load Layout") aDockPanemay be re-used, but itsScenemay be set tonull.DockPane.deferUntilInScene()didn't handle this case, since the variablechangeListenerAddedwas not reset tofalseonce the change listener had finished running.
