Remove unused pragmas from copilot-theorem and update the changed logs, as as prescribed in the solution proposed for #613.

Change Manager:

• Phrase commit messages in imperative.
• Add issue number to summary line of all commit messages.
• Add package name at the beginning of summary line of all commit messages.
• Add description of each commit message.
• Squash last commits referring to changelog.
• Align pragmas whose alignment is changed by the removal of one of these pragmas.
• Rephrase changelog commit message to follow format used in other commits.
