This is actually hard to run as some of the versions are not specified and some of the configuration files seems to be out-of-date. I now have the thing running with docker containers which should allow for a more streamlined process (and a more reproducible one).

I did review the Ansible setup - but it seems to be out of date? it would be great to have the actual production settings file.

I am currently unable to figure-out how to hydrate the database. So possibly to make further inroads I'll need some help.

This looks fine and the requirements basically match what's in here:

https://github.com/CopticScriptorium/cts/blob/master/coptic/requirements_django_2.txt

But that also specifies celery==4.3.0 - any objections to adding that?

I believe this is possibly an unused requirement that should be removed?

Let's first have a call and make sure I understand to he state of the thing in production and I am capable of running a fully hydrated instance locally before we apply any changes that could break anything. Safety first.
