…rcrypt) Replace the symmetric-only SymKeysSetRotationPolicy component with a generic SetRotationPolicy component parameterized by objectType. Add set-rotation-policy routes and menu entries for RSA, EC, PQC, and Covercrypt in addition to Symmetric. Update sitemap, unit and E2E tests. Also fix the markdown-link-check pre-commit hook: the config path was changed to ./.markdown-link-check.json but the file lives at .github/.markdown-link-check.json, breaking the hook for all commits that touch markdown files.
