By abstracting from VerificationKeyHash to PaymentCredential we no longer exclude using tis contract from another smart contract or a multisig wallet.
We can check that the owner has authorized the transfer by inspecting the inputs, since all inputs must be validated consuming an Input from any address ensures that the owner has confirmed the transaction.
