This repository contains documentation and supplementary programs / files for my X-Band downconverter.

V1.1

• Changed reference frequency from 10MHz to 50MHz to improve phase noise performance
• Size PCB appropriately for the selected enclosure (Oops!)
• Exchange DIP switch with rotary switch
• Add reset pullup for internal uC reset to avoid spontaneous resets

V1.2

• Added STM heartbeat LED for debugging
• Added RGB LED for status signaling
• Added I2C isolator / line driver
• Increased EMI filtering

V1.3

• Changed communication to UART
• Improved PLL tuning to minimize phasenoise
• Added Python device driver
• Added Bias-T functionality
• Removed Heartbeat LED again

• Changed routing layout from MLIN to CPWG
• Updated regulator section to run at lower temperature
• Updated fuse layout to also fuse the Bias-T / DC Output
