same for bitwise and. allow .ones and .zeros attributes on knownbits instances
instead of first converting one of the arguments to an rbigint, and then calling rbigint.int_mul, just construct the rbigint result directly. this is about 40% faster than before.
the ll_math module is super weird, more of that infrastructure should simply be in rfloat
