Update to 1.20.11

Updated the plugin to work with the modern API for 1.20.11. Some of the changes that were made were:

• Moved the files to match expected maven setup.
• Updated the plugin.yml file to meet modern standards and have the information in it.
• Updated POM.xml to point to where it needs now for the paper api.
• Updated the API calls in Camera.java especially around the material.GRASS and material.GRASSBLOCK as their names had changed in the database.
• re-wroute portions of the AddCameraRecipe() to make it work with the new way the paper api handles things.
• Incremented the plugin to 2.0

This was tested in my minecraft server that is Paper Paper 1.21.11-113 and it worked with no errors thrown in the logs.
