In this particular case not everyone is going to want to do advanced set up (the steps under next steps) but I think it makes sense to have them here for users that do want to have more advanced configurations. |

The way "Next Steps" is used elsewhere in the Learning Center Quickstarts is to suggest other tutorials or quickstarts, e.g. after you use FASTQC you may want to look at the trimmomatic tutorial. In tutorials a "Description of results and next steps" explain what the next steps are and the reasoning behind them.
I am not saying that there is nothing next to do, only that its redundant here, since you have a next button. Does that make sense?
Quickstarts don't need to have an ending "next steps" section, unless you want to suggest something that most users will do after this quickstart (i.e. if it is part of a conceptual science workflow). You can also leave the summary out unless you have some distinct points you want to make.
