Official installation guide for DKBansV2.
You are able to install option extensions for other cool features, See here for more information about extensions.
If you have installation problems or something is not working, contact our support.
DKBans supports minecraft 1.8 and newer and is compatible with this platforms:
- Bukkit/Spigot server
- BungeeCord networks
- CloudNet multi proxy networks (BungeeCord proxy)
If you need another platform, create a suggestion.
DKBans required only Java 8.
If you are using a BungeeCord network you will also need a external remote database.
- Download DKBans from our SpigotMc page.
- Put the DKBans JAR-File in your plugin folder.
- Start your server.
- Select a database (For single server we recommend SQLite).
- Configurate your reasons, see here.
- Configure other possible options, see here.
- Install optional extension, see here.
- Start your server.
- Download DKBans from our SpigotMc page.
- Put the DKBans JAR-File in your bungeecord plugin folder (If you are using a cloud, select the right plugin folder).
- Start your server.
- Select a Database (On Bungeecord ist only MySQL/MariaDB or MongoDB supported), see here.
- Configurate your reasons, see here.
- Configure other possible options, see here.
- Install optional extension, see here.
- Restart your server (If you are using a cloud do not forget to copy your configuration data in to your template folder).
- Follow the steps from the bungeecord installation and connect the plugin to the same database.
- Set in the config bungeecord to "true" (If you are using CloudNet V1/V2 the plugin will do this automatically).
- Start your server, the plugin will automatically connect to the bungeecord server and synchronising your network.
