This is a vscode extension, that alternate between various operators.
Just put your cursor on top of the operator and pres ctrl + shift + p.
And select the command Alternative.
Or just use the default keybinding Alt + a.
NOTE: The language of the example above is irrelevant, since the extension is language agnostic. It would work the same way in any other language.
