Add gtest for Albedo and remove legacy unit test files

Description

This PR converts the legacy Albedo unit test to gtest. As part of the migration, the old Albedo.truth baseline and unitTest.cpp harness were removed.

How Has This Been Validated?

Built ISIS and executed the new gtests via CTest:
ctest --test-dir ~/src/ISIS3/build-arm-ninja-debug -R "^AlbedoTest." --output-on-failure
All AlbedoTest.* cases pass (4 tests).
