Bepinex transition - WIP

There's still bugs to flesh out, and some issues to figure out.

Known bugs:

• Config key display is broken by the new system
• mouse control doesn't work in showcase
• A few NullReferenceExceptions here and there

Issues:

• Figure out how to distribute base Resources with the mod, and also where to put them, since there isn't a manager/loader. A button in game that opens the folder would be neat
