This change adds additional ways to display the amount of stagger as part of the secondary power bar:
To integrate those new display options into the GUI, all Stagger Text settings were centralized within Text Settings. This includes the existing "Show Stagger Damage Per Second" option.
In case the Text is disabled, the new options are also greyed out in the GUI to remain consistent with existing functionality.
I have been using the Percentage display of this Fork since the release of the current tier. In case you would like to see the display "in action", you can have see it in this video.
